Evidence Pack

The main package for business owners who need a clear case file and a stronger submission draft.

Best for: Rejected appeals, disputed chargebacks, fake or retaliatory reviews, and claims with multiple documents.
You receive: Chronology, evidence checklist, policy relevance notes, draft response, and next-step plan.
Not included: Account login, legal representation, customer support impersonation, or guaranteed platform outcome.

Express Pack

Priority handling when the platform deadline, payout issue, or public damage cannot wait.

Best for: Active appeal windows, chargeback deadlines, high-value disputes, and urgent public responses.
You receive: Evidence Pack deliverables with priority review, tighter deadline tracking, and faster draft turnaround.
Not included: Emergency guarantees, platform contacts we do not have, or actions that break platform terms.

When to upgrade

A Quick Review can become a full case pack.

If the first review shows that a stronger evidence file is useful, the review fee can be credited toward an Evidence Pack for the same case.

We check whether the case is actionable.

No point paying for a full pack when the missing proof is still outside your control.

We define what the submission must prove.

The pack focuses on facts that matter to the platform decision, not emotional detail.

You decide before the larger scope starts.
